Jocelyn, a trauma-informed coach, was struggling to effectively communicate her unique selling proposition (USP) to her ideal client. She needed to differentiate herself from other coaches in her field and clearly articulate the benefits of working with her. Additionally, Jocelyn had two websites, which made it difficult for her to identify which email list was working and optimize her marketing efforts.

To address these challenges, Jocelyn worked with our team to create a website that effectively guided her ideal client through the customer journey, from awareness to booking a discovery call or downloading a workbook. The website also established Jocelyn’s expertise in trauma-informed coaching and built trust with her ideal client. By clearly defining and effectively communicating her USP, Jocelyn was able to differentiate herself from other coaches and attract more clients to her business.
