Client came to us to promote their new business, specializing in medical footcare to the geographical area of Chatham, Ontario.

The Challenge

Medical Footcare is primarily for the older generation and those with physical limitations.  Not all of these individuals are on a digital platform.  So reaching them we had to be realistic of the limited impression share available.

Launching a new business is hard.  One has NO brand awareness and there’s a lot of trust and authority one has to build.  Unfortunately, it takes time to do just that.

Starting with Google Ads, you can quickly get new customers in the door (or in this case, her into their door) because it put her at the top of the page.  

Then, assuming the website is well done, the new visitor will take the risk to book an appointment.

Instead of one-way interruption, web marketing is about delivering useful content at precisely the right moment when a buyer needs it.

Steady Growth

With a comprehensive marketing plan, we were able to hit the ground running for this brand new mobile business.  

Cost Per Qualified Lead averaged $35.  (Since she was a new business, she didn’t know her lifetime value of a customer.  But each visit is $55 and most patients need to be seen monthly.)
