Grow My Biz 123, Inc in partnership with SurePath Digital are looking for a skilled contractor to help us implement GA4 properly for our clients. 

In addition, for some clients we need customized dashboards setup in Google Data Studio to properly report metrics back to our clients.

These are not simple dashboards.  An example is this: 

 

OUTCOMES/GOALS TO TRACK

1. APPOINTMENTS are the most important! No HOCATT is sold with out an appointment of some sort with a sales rep. Be that a zoom/teams meeting or a phone call. That is always the step right before a purchase. So it is the most important thing we are trying to drive more of. Appointments are created in Connect and so we’ll be telling GA4 about appointments
2. LEADS create appointments. In the customer journey, Request Pricing leads are currently the most important lead we can generate. There are 2 products request pricing leads can come in for…leads for HOCATT and leads for HUGO. Within each there are home leads and pro or professional leads. The leads get routed based on the product, geographic location and type (home or pro) to one of 2 sales reps (currently) Stacey or Lisa.
3. OPT-INS help us get leads. In the customer journey, we cannot currently put basic information on the HOCATT products in front of people without them requesting it first. So we drive traffic to an opt-in page first which promises a video and info kit and also opens up the whole website for them to see after they opt in. We want to track the rate at which opt ins become leads or appointments and eventually sales.

Given this, we’d like to be able to report in one dashboard (probably with multiple pages) the following:

Appointments
– by rep
– by product type
– by country
– by prospect type (home, pro and what type of pro…doctor, clinic owner, etc)
– by marketing channel/source (facebook, google, linkedin)
– % increase or decrease to previous period

Leads (Request Pricing)
– by rep
– by product type
– by country
– by prospect type (home, pro and what type of pro…doctor, clinic owner, etc)
– by marketing channel/source (facebook, google, linkedin)
– % increase or decrease to previous period
– survey completion rate (% of people who complete the survey once they start it)

Opt Ins
– by rep
– by product type

– by prospect type (home, pro and what type of pro…doctor, clinic owner, etc)

We use GoHighLevel as the CRM for all our clients.  This is not a position where we teach how to use HL but a HL expert on our team can help you navigate getting the data out and into GA4/GDS.

 

This position is a contractor position.  Number of hours is unknown as it’s really project based at the moment.   The first project is large and will take some time.  For the right person, there will be ongoing work.
