One of the primary challenges of this project is to clearly define and effectively communicate Jocelyn’s unique selling proposition (USP) to her ideal client. It is essential for Jocelyn’s USP to differentiate her from other trauma-informed coaches and clearly articulate the benefits of working with her.
In addition, Jocelyn is having difficulty identifying which email list is working due to the presence of two websites. This presents an additional challenge that needs to be addressed in order to optimize her marketing efforts and increase conversions.
